Everything was great except, the room air conditioning unit would only go down to 65*F. We sleep at 60*F at our home because I am menopausal with hot flashes when I am trying to sleep. I wish the temperature control could be free for paying customers to lower the temperature control to make them comfortable enough to be able to sleep!

Some of the staff at the front desk don’t greet you when arriving for the first time at the hotel. They don’t even look at you in the eye, they hide behind the computer! The hotel wants to charge you $30 for an early check in! The room was spacious. Awesome bed. But one of the doors in a cabinet was falling off, the faucet was splashing water everywhere, the water from the shower was all over the floor even though the door was closed. The entire rooms need remodeling for yesterday! We have had much better experience at this hotel in previous stays.

All you want in a comfortable hotel. In a good location. Only complaint I have, is there are no accessories in the bathroom like shower cap, cotton buds, and such.
