Everyone was very friendly, property was extremely clean. Their are dining options on site including a Starbucks. It's right across from the harbo, easy walking distance to M&T stadium and Camden Yards. Would definitely stay here again the next time I travel to B-more.

I was given a room without a shower. At 11:30 PM after a huge NFL playoff game not one bar or restaurant was open in the hotel; I could not even get a can of soda in the hotel and it was in a sketchy area and didn't want to walk around. The staff was extremely nice but I would never stay at the hotel again. I felt like I was staying at a convention center and not a hotel.

Great hotel. Would stay again.
Room was very spacious and in great shape. Housekeeping was very friendly and the meals at the hotel bistro were very good. View of the harbor from the room (10th floor) was very nice as well. There’s a walking bridge from the parking deck that goes over the main road to the harbor that was very convenient.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency!! From the moment we arrived staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is super easy if you choose self parking but they also have valet. Access to the parking garage is easy and felt safe at all times with parking staff & security. The bridge from the parking garage across the street to the shops and Christmas village is great! Our room was clean and everything was fresh. The view of the harbor is unbeatable! We will be booking here for future trips to the inner harbor for sure!
