I did not book this room! I cancelled by calling the Hotel, I called you and you did not answer, and I called my CC and put the matter into dispute. They have complaint---- But you will Not be paid as you had 2 prices and moved to the higher one as I moved to pay....but you closed the deal and vook 1 night and I never did complete the transaction as I wanted 4 nites in April you had 1 in Feb! Credit the card back and avoid further nonsense.

Over all entering the hotel it was very nice the view from the elevator makes it even better. Once we got to the room it was nice I do feel that it wasn’t as clean as it could have been but it was ok……. The beds were on the smaller side but the main down side was that the pillows were horrible and there was no comforter on the be just sheets and and a thin blanket but I did enjoy my stay
