I cannot wait to come back
This was one of the most spectacular hotels I have ever stayed in from the good quality high-level breakfast to the beautiful grounds and the swimming pool and of course the staff who was so helpful and so lovely. The location was perfect and I cannot wait to return here

Great resort and location
All the staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. It’s also near some small businesses and restaurants. So you can just walk to those businesses. I also like it that it’s not near busy area where it’s too noisy.

Be aware!!
No coffee available in the entire hotel until the restaurant opens and was told (a single woman) to go to the 7-11 1 block away if I wanted a coffee!! Coffee bar at the front of the hotel doesn't open till 9 am. Room safe NEVER worked and pool was open till 10 pm and *very* noisy! Carpets in room *really* need replacing/deep cleaning! TV in the room showed 2 channels - nothing more!!! Not a great stay compared to other hotels that we have stayed in in Bangkok!!

The attention from staff especially the bellhop Thanakorn. He is always welcoming and thoughtful and very professional. All staff are well trained and welcoming from housekeeping to restaurant to poolside to reception. The swimming pool suits us to sit beside and also swim. The poolside bar adds a good place to have a meal or drink too.

It is good for family vacation with a giant swimming pool, kids play room and gym programs The morning breakfast is of high quality and many choices. Though it's not so connected to most transport. Need to call taxi/Grab. Hotel shuttle bus 5 times a day but not provided for returns to the hotel.
