Ideal budget hotel close to a major shopping center and transport. Facilities are very clean and modern (no smoking). Rooms are on the smaller side which is perfect if you're going to spend most of the day around the city. Families may want to upgrade to a bigger room. Overall, cleanly, conveniently located, and good value for price. I would book again.

I stayed here for 2 weeks just getting to know the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok better. Staff were friendly and helpful 24/7. Bed and pillows (4) are extremely comfortable and linens always clean and fresh. Shower water was piping hot if desired, shampoo & shower gel provided. Motorbike taxis always waiting across the street, Asok and Prom Phong BTS Sky train stations are each an equal distance away. EMSPHERE mall is a 3 minute walk away, Terminal 21 a 10 minute walk. Plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby… my favorite being Indulge just past Soi 23. The best iced lattes are at Twin Made inside Terminal 21 or The Siam Tea Room inside the Marriott Marquis hotel on Soi 22, but you have to wait for them to open so grab a hot latte downstairs at the S-Box free continental breakfast starting at 6:30am.
