The hotel was great! Elevator wasn’t working but staff carried our bags up. The area outside the hotel was a bit dirty and loud but in a central area.

Shower was extremely slippery. Air conditioner was not working after we had checked in and gone to eat. The staff was contacted and they had the unit operating again in 10 minutes. Great job.

Can't beat the location
Can't beat the location at the top of La Rambla. Very small rooms, felt very cramped, and with shower that spilled out onto bathroom floor. I wanted to like it more, but it was in such a great location, we could handle a little cramping of our style. Love Barcelona, been twice now, and the city never disappoints.

The H10 Catalunya Plaza hotel is right at the heart of Barcelona. Nearly all the sights to see were within 1-2 miles of the hotel; which, for us, made it an easy walk. It is an active place, but the windows closed out the overnight sounds quite well.

The location is incredible. The staff are amazing and never get flustered, even with the line up at check in. They are very comfortable in English as well which helped us. The a/c was a little tricky but we asked and got it working after that. Hot water can be at a premium, especially at midday. It’s a spot we would definitely use again!

The location was excellent! However we were given a room on the 4th floor with no elevator access! We had to drag our luggage up a flight of stairs! My husband has a heart problem so i went to the front desk and she changed our room. We had to drag our luggage down the stairs ourselves, again!

Great location next to Plaza Catalunya and directly opposite the stop/start for the hop on hop off bus. Ate at the tapas place next door ; very convenient to everything. Breakfast was very good and the staff extremely pleasant.

Great location and excellent saff. Only stayed one night before catching a cruise. The staff spoke great English and i had no trouble communicating when checking in. We were brought a bottle of Cava to our room and that was a really nice surprise. We enjoyed it :) i would stay here again.

Great hotel in a wonderful location. The hotel is old and really charming. The front desk staff are amazing a shout out to Luca who greeted me and oriented me to the city. Ivan was great too. Overall, just superb staff…and location to see the best of Barcelona.

Great location close to everything
Great location right on plaza catalunya and Las Ramblas. Many shopping and restaurants. Airport bus is also 5 min walk. Can walk to casa Ballto and Casa Mila. The hardwood floor can make it a bit noisy at night but great amenities nonetheless. Got upgraded and had a bottle of cava and charcuterie in the room.
