Wonderful Short Stay w/ Great Exp Throughoout
Loved this hotel for a quick stay. The beds were very comfortable and so was the shower. It was centrally located and was very easy to walk to different restaurants, with a great cafe just downstairs - but we didn't need to go because the breakfast that was included was amazing! Food selection was among the best we've had in hotels of this caliber, and the coffee machine made really good tasting coffee. Finally, the receptionist was very helpful and considerate to help us find a taxi to the airport on the day we were due to leave. My child uses a wheelchair and she was careful to make sure with every driver she interacted with that their car would fit the mobility device. Great experience, and would book again if I ever came back to Barcelona.

Good location , modern hotel, great breakfast . I didn’t like the car parking situation , when arriving with a car there isn’t any area in front of the hotel reserved for checkin / talk to the hotel staff about the parking garage instructions. I did find it on my own and ring several times but none answered , I had to park it 10 min away in a different park garage . 25 Euros /day expensive but fair but the whole hassle was super stressful paid extra for garage until figuring things out with hotel staff. None wanted to take responsibility of not answeng the ring / compensate me for tell the additional garage parking I had to use till checkin . Love your hotel but this is a huge negative .

Parking quite expensive. The elevators that goes from the ground floor to the reception and parking doesn’t have sensor in the access door so you can be trapped. The roads to get in and out the parking are extremely narrow so is a challenge to don’t scratch the car. The banking system they use don’t accept Mexican credit cards so be prepared with an American Express or cash to pay the extra fees
