Overall the property is great. The one downside that reduced the rating was that it’s difficult to get inside after midnight. We arrived shortly after midnight and repeatedly ringing the reception only to get a busy tone. Around 5 mins we started knocking on the glass doors. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come let us in in 40°F weather. When they finally came to let us in, we asked if our room key didn’t allow us to get in they just said no and walked off. Very disappointing to and overall great place.

Outstanding hotel
The hotel is in an amazing location very close to the Sagrada Familia and other attraction plus amazing restaurants. Very walkable and very clean area. People were extremely friendly. This was our second stay here. They also have the most amazing breakfast. The views from the rooftop are outstanding! They also have a great rooftop pool.

My sister in law runs a travel agency in Madrid and warned me about this place…Only there two nights to catch a cruise ship and close to Sagrada so I didn’t listen…Room was not clean smelled horrible and we asked for a new room and told no…In fact every request was treated with NO. I see why my in law never lets her clients stay here. I hate when she is right.

Staff was amazing especially in the restaurant. Breakfast was a great full of options for everyone, including omelets made to your preference. Bed was a bit hard but it may just be we are used to our bed. Anything we asked staff for the brought to our room right away. Very quiet in room for sleeping
