Some staff were very helpful - some were less helpful . When i arrived they didnt tell me that there was hot and cold water available downstairs - there are no fridges or complimentary water in the rooms

The room was very good except, there were not The refrigerator in the room no drinking water usually Hotel facility, they put water and teabag in the room for the customer. Unfortunately, there wasn’t.

This hotel is ridiculously over-priced as for 2 star hotel. I always stay not less than 4* and while booking this hotel the filter somehow let this one through in the results. They did not change hotel towels for five nights I stayed there! The breakfast is just horrible!

I love this hotel , it’s a 10 minute metro travel . Metro is 2 minutes away from here (Bogatell station) L4 will be your best friend to get around Barcelona ! I would by the pass for the amount of days you are there . You can use to pass for the bus and the metro ! Apple Maps helped us get around it gave us times , directions , and the bus and metro we had to get ! The staff was amazing , the last day check out was at 12pm and our flight was at 7pm we wanted to explore for a bit more , they allowed us to keep our luggage there and come back for it !

They advertise there is laundry at the hotel which isn't true. The parking is a joke, 20 euro a day and it's ridiculous getting in and out. every time you want to leave you have to get a ticket from the front desk.

Located in a more artsy area of Barcelona and still very close by bike to get to Sagrada Familia. Room was small but expected for European hotels. It was a busy hotel with lots of guests from all over the world, and it was during Eurocup so it was fun to see the guests getting excited and having wine and food at the restaurant. The pool is small and kids sometimes splash around and dive so that was annoying for the adult swimmers. Would be nice if there was a sign to tell kids not to dive. Great view from the roof where the pool is. Some nice restaurants and bars walking distance. Bike rental was a really great perk (with cost). Shower was good. I recommend it.
