"Great customer service."

"This is a brand new luxury property. They are still working out a few things now that operations are in full swing, but nothing that took away from my experience. The location is a little out of the way in an area that is being reinvigorated by new/re-developments. But what motivated me to write a review and what really sets this property aside is the friendliness of the staff. Every single employee has a real service orientation and displayed genuine interest in making our stay special but without being pushy or over the top. Based on the staff alone I would consider SLS again for my next visit to BCN."

"My wife and I had a very nice stay at hotel barcelona princess. It was closely located to the metro which made it very convenient to access all.parts of the city. It is also one of the stops for the hop on hop off bus which was great for us since we had several hours to kill before we could check in . Overall it was a great hotel with nice amenities and a free mini bar in the room which was replenished daily. Also, tho it wasnt cheap, it was comparable in price to similar advertised hotels."
