Beautiful gardens, hotel is small, rooms are very dark and absolutely no internet, weak insecure connectivity. Had to use my cellular hotspot for data snd that was very slow too. Can’t recommend staying here.

Maybe a bit off season but everything closed when I arrived just before 10pm. Only a few other guests for breakfast. Very isolated.

Night in the Jungle
Location was very out of the way - located within a botanical garden. Finding the place at night was very difficult and creepy. Area is very dark. Rooms were adequately furnished, and beds were good, but overall experience was unsettling, as it felt like you were sleeping in the jungle. One of our rooms was quite good - the one they use in the picture, but the other seemed like a storage room for extra furniture. Breakfast was outside, chilly, and not very appealing. Disappointing overall, considering the pictures on the posting.

Unique Hotel in an odd location
The hotel itself is great, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean and the breakfast was adequate (although instant coffee in Italy just doesn't feel right). However the hotel is in an odd location (don't attempt staying here without a car!) down a dirt path by a motorway. The hotel itself is set in an old botanical garden - although the hotel ran well enough, as a botanical garden it felt a little neglected. Plants looked thirsty, and the animals that habit the hotel (parrots, peacocks, dogs, terrapins and more!) all looked under-fed and the cages for the birds were small and hadn't been cleaned out in quite some time. With a bit more love this would be an amazing location for a holiday or a wedding!

Beautiful rooms & Surrounding but a bit off.
Very nice hotel! Beautiful rooms and beautiful garden. Only stayed one night in order to be close to the airport after vacating in southern part of Puglia. Local area around it isn't much, so don't stay here unless you have a car, they didn't serve any lunch, and pool wasn't much either. That said, very nice hotel with some beautiful birds and a beautiful garden.

Gorgeous hidden gem
This was a hidden gem off the motorway - it had stunning gardens and beautiful surroundings. The rooms were stunning and huge. Everything felt brand new and of high quality. The staff were lovely (even opening the bar early for us) and the food was delicious. Really would recommend this as a stop over.

A beautiful place to stay.
We loved our stay here and relaxed and unwound spending some days in the garden reading and painting. It is best to have a car because the nearest public transport is a mile and a half away along a not very pleasant side road. The staff were very helpful and they do offer a shuttle service

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights.It was very hard to find it even with a GPS.The hotel is situated in a botanical garden,which is very beautiful with the asian furniture, the vegetation and the birds singing.The staff is very,very helpful.Ferdinando helped greatly with a tyre problem.The room was good size but dark and not cleaned properly.The breakfast was dull and boring,even the coffee was bad

Such a nice personal touch.
Arrived at 2030 and they kept the kitchen open for us and we had a truly wonderful meal. The kitchen is the restaurant so you watch you food being prepared and served and it is a wonderful experience, when I asked for a whisky they went and raided the owner's personal stock and found me a single malt Oban. Only quibble would be sound-deadening from other rooms and corridor not the best, but the place is a wonderland of far-eastern extravagance. Would be great to go back in the summer and view the gardens properly.

Botanic Oasis
If you ever wanted to stay in a botanic garden this is the place to go. Good sized rooms nicely decorated in an Indonesian style. Park like surroundings and very helpful and friendly staff. You need a car though to get around and into town. Stayed for 5 nights and would come again.

Séjour écourté. Sur 6 nuits, pas un seul jour d’eau chaude pour la douche, malgré l’avoir signalé tous les jours et suivi les instructions que l’on nous donnait.. ok pour une nuit, le cadre paraît idyllique à l’arrivée, mais les 2/3e jour on commence à remarquer les détails… la propreté de la salle de bain était catastrophique, mettez le flash du téléphone et vous serez surpris (1 seule lumière très tamisée donc pièce très sombre, d’où le flash pour éclairer d’avantage). Le personnel est est plutôt sympathique, mais pas une personne qui parle l’anglais, pour un hôtel c’est plutôt moyen. Le petit déjeuner était sympa, la serre est très jolie, néanmoins en plein été ce n’est pas agréable il y fait très lourd et il y’a énormément de guêpes qui ne nous laissent pas manger tranquillement c’est dommage. La décoration de l’établissement est néanmoins très jolie, thématique un peu Bali c’est très sympa ! Le jardin botanique est chouette aussi. Il ne manque pas grand chose pour améliorer l’expérience globale, car les bases sont plutôt bien. Attention, la piscine n’en est pas une… et aucun transat donc pas de possibilité de profiter de l’extérieur. Avis plutôt mitigé dans l’ensemble.
