La ubicación es muy buena. Con dos estaciones de metro muy cerca. Zona tranquila y cerca de todo. El alojamiento bien equipado y bastante nuevo. Sobretodo muy limpio.

Great hotel at quiet street
Great location, close to several underground stations, shops etc and Kensington gardens. Very quiet street, we had windows open at night and were not disturbed. Good rooms, although a bit small when the sofa bed was made, it was difficult to fit 4 at the table. A quite small kitchen but fine to make breakfast. No freezer. Very comfortable beds and great cleaning. Very nice area with lots of nice restaurants

We enjoyed our 8 night stay here. The location is excellent and is a 5 minute walk from the Bayswater Tube Station. We felt very safe walking to our accommodation at night. It is also a 10 minute walk from Queensway Tube which was convenient for the central line. We were upgraded to a 2 bed apartment which was lovely - this hotel is great if you don’t want to pay high hotel prices - we were happy with our stay.

Elevator only went to the fourth floor and dragging luggage up skinny stairs to our room was not reasonable for elderly travelers. The couch was considered a bed and the 2 inch thick mattress was unbearable, but the front desk did offer to bring another 2” to put on top of the other. The rooms were clean but old.

This hotel was good for access to Bayswater Underground. Our room was a good size and cleaned every day with lots of clean towels supplied. But we were right next to the air con machines or something and the smell was terrible. We should have asked to move but we were only there for 3 nights and were really only in the room to sleep. For the price and location the room was good value for money

The grand plaza has bedbugs (which we discovered as we left), thebleast comfortable sofa bed that I have ever slept on, and wen went had now hot water for three days and asked to have it fixed, the maintenance person came in and used the bathroom while he was there (toilet seat left up). I complained to the front desk and they did nothing about it.
