Small double room!!!’
We have stayed here many times before and always found our stays to be excellent. This time we stayed in room 211. The room is described as a small double. The smallest and most uncomfortable bed ever. Not suitable for 2 adults. I will stay here again but certainly will not be staying in Room number 211. Shame it spoiled our night as neither my partner or I got any sleep. . Breakfast was excellent as usual.

Very nice overall stay, staff was very helpful, the room and showers were big enough and the bed was very comfortable. The aria is very good, easy to get anywhere, 3 underground stations around making it very simple to travel london

We were a family of four and got the family room in B13. We had plenty of space for all of us. However, if you’re a light sleeper the noise may bother you because the room is directly underneath the lobby. The breakfast was excellent. Definitely will recommend it, it was very chic. The area was very safe and nice.

This is great for someone frugal who wants to stay in the city proper for cheap. It’s a tiny room. Cool building, great staff. Would stay again easy.

Everything was very clean and attractive, room was quite small but spotless and well kept. Excellent location with the Bayswater train station within 3 minute walk, Paddington station was 10 min. Lots of food and shopping the next block from the hotel

The staff were very helpful, professional and welcoming. Due to an issue with internet during the time we arrived and were leaving they advised us that if our flight were to get cancelled we would be able to come back and stay which was very comforting.

It was okay in general a little far from public transport, also small room, no table but I guess that is in London, staff was nice and helpful, I only had one issue- I got a dirty towel, I hope it wasn’t intentional ,accidents happen , also the building next door was in construction so lot of noise but only during day, it was not the hotel’s fault.

Lovely location and property for our week in London. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating and the location is close to the tube, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

We had probably worst room location due to room accommodation. Basement level room directly under reception desk area where guests roll their luggage and near outside where delivery trucks, loud conversations could be heard.
