There was only enough sugar for 2 coffees. The glass door on the toilet was really dirty and the 2 black shelves in the bathroom were also dirty. In a Mecure I would expect more than basic cleaning of a bathroom

Link to the Labor club for meals was excellent. Room lacked any directory on how to operate any items in the room I do not recall seeing the usual instructions at the room entrance in relation to what to do in case of fire. I thought this is mandatory.

The room we stayed in was on level 7, which we could see the lake side. Room was clean, and fresh however the hotel just need to ensure everything is on mark. Eg bathroom towel rails need to be tightened-they were falling off the wall.
