The space was well-equipped with everything I needed, and I really appreciated the extra duvet I had requested ahead of my stay being arranged without any hassle. The real standout of my visit was the fantastic service from Lou at reception. As an assistant reception manager in a Glasgow hotel, I was incredibly impressed by their ability to handle a rush of arrivals while staying calm, professional, and welcoming—especially considering they’re new to the role. I was in Belfast for a wedding and had accidentally bought a belt that was too large, and Lou kindly offered to lend me their spare until the next day, saving me a huge amount of stress. Beyond the great service, the on-site restaurant was a highlight—the nduja arancini was spectacular! I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll continue to recommend The Flint to anyone visiting Belfast."
