"The Lake House at Bella Vista" is a spacious five-bedroom, five-bath 3900-square-foot lake home with a private dock located on beautiful Loch Lomond, Bella Vista’s Largest Sport Lake. It has breath-taking lake views from almost every room with high speed internet and HD cable TV provided. The backyard has 150 feet of shoreline with a gentle slope to the private dock. Dogs 25 pounds and under accepted with prior approval. If approved, the nonrefundable pet fee is $25 per pet, per day. RATES SHOWN ARE BASED ON FOUR GUESTS. EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST IS $10.00 PER NIGHT EXTRA.
The home comes complete with linens, towels and comfort for all. It is laid out for fun and coziness for all seasons with 8 TVs and 8 Fireplaces. The large, main floor living room/Den is loaded with comfortable seating with wonderful lake views, a gas fireplace, and a 65" LCD/HD TV. The downstairs den has more of a "fisherman's cave" feel with additional comfortable seating, a game table, DVD/Soundbar, 70" LCD/HD TV and a gas fireplace. Each bedroom has it's own TV, electric fireplace and private bathroom with a vanity, toilet and tub/shower. The Main Floor Master Suite features a comfy king size Bed, a sitting area with two Lay Z Boy recliners and a wonderful view of the lake. The Downstairs Master also offers a great king bed and a sleeper sofa with the view of the beautiful lake. A third bedroom also has a king size bed, fireplace and an adjoining bathroom. Two bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds and fireplaces. One also has a twin and another has a comfortable futon for seating or sleeping.
The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the conveniences for home cooking. The kitchen gathering area is designed to enjoy visiting or sitting down with an early morning coffee viewing the lake. The nearby all season Bella Vista room hosts a very large dining table with bench and chairs for seating a very large group of 13 or more.
The game room is enjoyed by kids of all ages with Video/Pac Man Arcade, Foosball and Air Hockey tables.
The comfort spills over to the outside with an upstairs deck, downstairs deck and scenic boat dock. All have relaxing patio furniture. The upper deck is equipped with a Weber Grill ready for your outdoor feast.
The house provides spaces for intimate small group times and exciting large group interactions all in a beautiful, comfortable setting.

Bella Vista features 12 tennis courts and the popular pickleball sport in three separate complexes, including courts lighted for play on summer evenings. We furnish Guest Passes (through your cell phones) so you and your group can enjoy complete use of Bella Vista’s tennis and pickleball courts and facilities and other amenities.

"The Lake House at Bella Vista" allows fishing and swimming right from the boat dock. (fishing license may be required) Beaver Lake and White River are less than 60 minutes away and provide spectacular striper and trout fishing as well.
Cultural activities are available in each community, and Broadway productions, exhibits, etc. are available at the Walton Arts Center in Fayetteville.
