"I can’t say enough great things about Ashley & her home! The amount of consideration that she puts into the homes accommodations and your booking is far above top of the line treatment. It felt like we were at a resort! Ashley went out of her way multiple times to insure we had the best stay we absolutely could have! We will definitely be back again, hopefully soon! "

"I checked in with a gal named Kim, she was oh so very helpful . Later that night I needed dishes and the man working got those for me. Some people staying there were BBQ some food and eating at the picnic tables,this gave it a at home feel. It was very quiet in my room heard a dog bark once, no other noise issues. I didn't see any sketch folk like someone else said in their review. But I'm down earth and realize hotel isn't responsible if a sketch person walks through, that's probably why they have a great security team. So after a good night's sleep I went to waffle House on deervalley then returned to get my $100 deposit back, met the manager adason who was very kind. I will for sure stay here again if I need a room. "

"Our family of 6 stayed here in March 2025 (4 kids ranging in age from 14-19). We opted for a house over a hotel so that we would have a little bit more room to spread out and this house was great because each of the four kids had their own bed. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will get. We knew when we booked that the pool wasn’t heated, but it was clean and refreshing when the temperatures got close to 100 degrees. Yes it is near the freeway however the noise didn’t bother us at all and it makes the location perfect. We were no farther than 30 minutes from everywhere we were visiting. Close to both the Deer Valley Petroglyphs and Thunderbird trails (as well as Target, Trader Joe's, Costco...)We will book here again on our next trip to Phoenix!"
