"Everytime I travel to the phoenix area I stay at the tru by hilton Glendale, everything seems close to drive or walk to. This time I did experience something that had never happen, at check in my room door was open. Nobody was inside but that could have led to a theft leaving me with that bill, luckily it seemed everything was in place. "

"Staff was welcoming, kind and accommodating. This property is very conveniently located across the street from Sate Farm stadium and close to many shops and places to eat. Breakfast was well stocked and amenities throughout were really wonderful. "

"Every staff member we encountered on our brief stay was so helpful, nice and professional! As a first timer they all made us feel welcomed and comfortable! Thank you Marc Anthony for guiding us even while on your break, we know you didn’t have to but really appreciate you so much! Our room was 918, great view, very clean room! My only small complaint is the coffee maker and the fridge, we aren’t huge coffee drinkers, the time called for it but the appliance was dirty. The mini-fridge ability to finally chill my single bottle of water was mediocre and the entire space around it was very warm. "
