"From checking in to checking out, everything went smoothly and perfectly. Everyone was friendly. The lobby smelled amazing, everybody was welcoming, there was games and things to do in the lobby. The bar area was inviting, not at all awkward like sometimes hotel bars can be. The beds were probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. We had to have an ambulance pick up my daughter for a medical condition, which was no fault of the hotel. They were very accommodating and was worked with us for a late checkout if needed, which thankfully we did not. They even recognize me when we came back in and asked how she was doing. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone stopping in."
