"We truly enjoyed this one-bedroom apartment. The rooms were immaculate! It has a comfortable living room with additional twin beds and a sofa and loveseat. The kitchen had all the basic cooking ware including a big toaster, and we made breakfast at home. The living room opened to a patio with a lovely Clearbrook running. It's in an excellent location within walking distance of Wanaka town where we found many dining choices and a large grocery store. Lake Wanaka was a 10-minute walk and a few minutes drive to the hiking tracks. The motel certainly has great management. Thank you, ClearBrook. "

"Surprisingly very quiet (individual room/bathroom). Well positioned in town, easy access and parking. Clean, renovated (in my corridor at least). Good to split chill out room from tv room. Don’t be rebutted by reception on first floor. A bit sad that over 5 washing machine only 1 was not out of order. "

"Great place to stay. Staff was helpful and friendly, the location is outstanding and so is the property. Green grass from the property leading up to the lake where I took a swim. Beautiful landscaping, relaxing and calm. It’s an easy walk to the town center yet away from its hustle and bustle. I walked the trail along the lake, it was delightful. I’ll definitely come back. "
