We recently stayed at Vivood Hotel in Benimantell, Alicante, for our best friends' wedding, and I am writing to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional experience we had. Vivood is one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in. The villa we were upgraded to was out of this world, significantly enhancing our overall experience. The accommodations were spectacular, combining comfort and elegance in the most delightful way. We were particularly impressed by the incredible staff and their outstanding service. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made our stay truly special. Every detail, from the warm welcome to the meticulous care provided throughout our visit, was handled with impeccable precision. Thank you for making our friends' wedding and our stay at Vivood Hotel so memorable. Our sincere thanks to the entire team for their dedication and hard work. The venue and property was spectacular. The views were like none other. The service was terrible!! I ordered champagne to be sent over to a group of friends on several different times one evening and it were never received. On the same evening, I ordered a glass of wine and waited more than thirty minutes for it and had to continuously ask for it. I wish I could say that the lack of service was because the bar/ restaurant was busy, but that was not the case. I was the only person in the bar and the party I was attempting to send over drinks to were the only ones on patio. The next morning, I ordered a coffee in lounge area at 10 am. I was told I needed to order at pool with outside server. What they neglected to tell me that the person who tends to the bar, did not start until noon. At which point I went to the main desk and asked to speak to the manager. Upon listening to my experiences, the manager simply stated that they servers must have been busy. When I assured him that they were not as I was the only one in the lounge, he failed to offer to send the champagne to the party nor did he offer any apologizes. I spent a lot of money to be treated so poorly. Would not go back or recommend this hotel. To bad because the property is spectacular.

We loved the scenery and the Spa experience was amazing as was our room with our own patio and hot tub - We ate in the Restaurant the service was a little slow our Waitress didn't seem to know what she was doing but could have been her first night one thing please take lots of mosquitoe spray as I did get bittern quit badly but didn't stop the enjoyment and would definitely be going again😊😊

However feel the hotel is overpriced for a 3 star. Rooms needed a lick of paint and I would have expected tea and coffee making facilities in them. Which we were told were only available in the suites with private jacuzzi rooms. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food.

The perfect romantic escape in the mountains
Vivood was simply perfect. Quiet hotel for adults, perfect if you want to relax and disconnect. The staff are helpful and very professional, the setting is gorgeous. Situated in the mountains, the views of the valley from the room are stunning. Great location for a walk/hike, and a very well thought architecture/design. It respects the environment and it melts with the colors and the nature. The room is extremely comfortable and the design is modern and clean. Bed very comfortable. We will surely be back soon.

New eco hotel that strongly recommended
The hotel is so close to Mother Nature which gave us a silent and relaxing stay. The reception and all staff are so helpful! We run out of fuel one day and the staff helped to buy big bottles of diesel when they are coming to work and help us to fill the oil! Much appreciated for the excellent service! And the property is so clean and new with great view!
