Location, location, location - right on the water in the marina. After a hectic day, awesome to walk around and reset. Stall was nice and responsive, room was clean and good sized. Really good value.

This hotel is notable for its location in the marina. The grounds are well-kept and account for most of the appeal. It is otherwise shabby (like most in the area) and needs updating IMO. Superficial repairs to floors, doors, rooms, and so on are too obvious and amateurish. Most of the staff is friendly. While parking is free just across the street from the hotel, they charge $40/nite just because they can. If other area options were available I would certainly look elsewhere.
