Good
Excellent hotel. Very modern. Not the best area of berlin but i enjoyed it very much. Plenty of food places nearby and much cheaper than central berlin. Only down side was we could not control the heat and it was very warm.

Want to especially commend Ashay at the front desk who went out of her way to move me to another room when the first room had a few issues. Loved staying here, my second visit. There are several great places to eat in the neighborhood, the U-Bahn is just steps from the front door, Hasenheide a short walk away, and Tempelhof airfield just a bit further. A great place for a stay, I'll definitely be coming back for another visit. Highly recommend.

The room was amazing and the building is also really fancy compared to what is around the surroundings. There is also a nice bakerei called Gorilla something. But the neighborhood is not the favoriate.

Great location for Neukölln and Berlin centre
Great location in a good area and just a minute from the U-bahn. Plenty of shops, bars, and cafés nearby. Easy to get to from the airport (take S-Bahn to Hermanstrße and then it's 2 stops on the U-Bahn to Boddinstraße) The metro takes about 30 minutes on the U8 line to Alexanderplatz in the city centre. They changed towels everyday, which was unnecessary. Recommend Diggi's and Gorilla on Hermanstraße for breakfast and Brauhaus Neulich on Selchower Str for evenings.

Very nice and clean modern apartments in a very central area. Large comfortable beds, excellent bathroom and shower. Our only complaint was the air conditioning was broken throughout the whole building so we had to have the windows open during the night and there is a lot of street noise from traffic and sirens. Otherwise it would have been 5 star review all the way.

Improve check-in machine - great studio flat!
Excellent apart-hotel, very convenient to metro station, tricky check-in machine only in German, but soon worked. Should find a way to display the room number more than once!

Such a nice hotel!
We were warmly welcomed by the gentlemen at the reception. He provided all the necessary information for the entrance to the room. My friend and I were positively surprised to encounter the cleanness and the level of technology in the room. Even the curtains are remotely controlled:) Housing staff provided us with extra coffee cups everyday. Such a nice lady! Kitchenette, bathroom facilities and tv are all more than satisfactory. Hotel is also located at a very convenient neighborhood. Well connected to the underground. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to every one who made our stay extremely pleasant! Hope to stay there again!

Eigentlich Null Sterne, warum: Sehr schlechter Service: Kurz nach dem Check-In fehlende Seife im Bad reklamiert, Abhilfe binnen 10min wurde versprochen, kam nie. Eingangstür öffnete sich abends gegen 23 Uhr nicht mehr. Da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war, stauten sich nach kurzer Zeit 9 Personen und 1 Hund vor der Tür. Im Bad war die Mischbatterie des Handwaschbeckens defekt, keine Möglichkeit zur Temperatureinstellung, dafür fing das Wasser mitten in der Nacht von selbst an zu laufen. Da der Geruchsverschluss im Bad nicht funktionierte, saugte der ständig laufende Ventilator für Abluft die Düfte aus der Abwasserleitung an, ekelerregend. Die Klimaanlage des Zimmers ließ sich über das Panel nicht außer Betrieb setzen und weckte uns mehrmals in der Nacht. Zu guter Letzt konnten wir diese Probleme nicht einmal beim Check-Out melden, da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war. Man sollte die Schließkarten unter der Tür durchschieben. Auf diese Weise kann man natürlich auch keine Rechnung bekommen...

Die anfānglichen Probleme mit der Heizung wurden durch Mitarbeiter freundlich und zu unserer Zufriedenheit gelōst. Moderne und cool eingerichtete Wohnung in Szenequartier, viele Restaurants um die Ecke, inkl. feine Bāckerei. Empfehlenswert.
