"Access to Casita de Chiles Barndominium is somewhat challenging with a few miles of dirt road at the end but it's worth it! Mark and Michelle were excellent - they live on the property so were accessible and easy to talk to. It was a good location for accessing Big Bend NP, which was the reason for our visit. We were interested in the birds and wildlife and were not disappointed: saw plenty of mule deer, a couple of javalina, and plenty of birds. "
