"My best friend and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend of 4/11/25 for one of my friends wedding. When I walked in, the true atmosphere of the hotel was absolutely great! the staff was absolute fantastic! I also want to thank the staff for being so nice, helpful and cordial. Especially staff member Westyn at the front desk. During our stay, the first night we experience concerning disturbances including someone forcefully knocking and pounding on the walls as well as repeated instances of the same room pounding on the floor and quickly leaving which was occurring for over 10 minutes late night. So, I reached out to the front desk twice about it when a member of the front desk showed up to handle this situation from there. Westyn handled the situation with impressive professionalism and efficiency. He absolutely deserves high praise and I genuinely appreciate the way he took care of everything. Overall, I definitely enjoyed my stay at GrandStay Suites! the staff, cleanliness and the breakfast was absolutely awesome!! The room was very clean, bed was really comfortable, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience!! "

"I've been doing a cross country road trip once a year for the last three years and this is the nicest convenient hotel (right off a freeway) I've stayed in. It seemed very new, though I was told it's 20 years old. It had a recent update, though, and everything felt fresh. The room was very large, had plank flooring (so appreciated), and was incredibly stylish for a place that falls in the budget hotel spectrum. The lights (I counted four different kinds of lamps) were especially attractive. You might say "who cares?" but it makes a difference to me. I like pretty things. Also liked the room-length counter along one wall---plenty of room for all our stuff (and there's a lot thanks to traveling with a dog and having to eat in room). The bathroom is also roomy, with plenty of counter space and the bed was the most comfortable of my trip (four different hotels). There are several dining options within walking distance and a nice long, safe sidewalk on the street so you can take your dog (or yourself) for a real walk. The dog fee is $50 which is pretty average these days. Breakfast is not included, but I find the offerings of most hotels pretty unappealing and unhealthy anyway, so didn't care. There was free coffee and tea though. I'm hoping this is typical of Hilton Garden Inns, as I will definitely try them again. "

"The property is clean. I love the woodsy logged look. Smelled clean and the front desk staff was courteous. The room I had was spacious and even had a massage chair which believe me I took the liberty of using. It is very quiet. I didn't hear a peep. The main building has a pool and Sauna. You get a decent free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. "
