Fantastic Country Hotel close to NEC
Fantastic accommodation & service. We stayed in the cottage which had 2 double beds & a large shower room upstairs. Downstairs there was a large lounge with separate conservatory. A wonderful private garden with decking & sun loungers. We had breakfast & dinner in the hotel on both nights & the food was fantastic. The staff were equally wonderful & nothing was a problem for any of them. We were down for Crufts at the NEC & took a taxi which was about £20 each way. I would definitely recommend this beautiful country hotel & will be back when we return for NEC.

Wonderful retreat
With the awful weather it was nice to get somewhere warm, welcoming and comfortable to stay. I didn't much or the outside because the of the weather but I am back in a week and I am looking forward to it.

A fantastic and unique hotel
Conveniently in a beautiful, quiet setting, not far from the main road links. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Breakfast was superb and a great choice! The staff were very friendly and helpful - it was terrible weather so we were walked to our car by the owner, holding an umbrella, when we checked out! A lovely hotel, with fantastic service.

Fantastic hotel a few miles from the belfry. Great food and friendly service from a small team. Switched my meetings to here having stayed overnight, couldn’t do enough for us.

I would recommend this place without hesitation
The bed was amazingly comfortable, the room was mostly clean and very well appointed. It was quiet and felt quite rural, beautiful building in lovely grounds Some minor issues The receptionist was a little aloof at check in, check out was more friendly.I could not connect to the Wifi in the room, I was in an annex. I had to ask to order my breakfast, the breakfast linen was covered in crumbs and a teapot stain from the earlier diners. There were two people serving and only 4 diners but the service seemed a little disjointed. The breakfast was excellent. Some areas of the bathroom had not been cleaned properly but for a British hotel it was better than most.
