Excellent stay only one fault I stayed for 2 days on returning the 2nd day found they had not refilled the tea coffee etc I know it’s only a small issue but working well in to the morning warm drinks are a comfort

MODREN HOTEL, EVERYTHING GREAT APART FROM ONLY ONE SIDE OF BED HAS PLUGS. I wasn't ABLE TO CHARGE MY PHONE ALL NIGHT AND MY WIFE'S PHONE WAS 100 PERCENT AS SHE'S GET THE PRIORITY LOL.

Very busy hotel upgraded to a room which was more of a downgrade as it had bunk beds as well as double bed, we were a couple in our late seventies. Why they thought this was an upgrade is beyond me, After complaining they said it was for free parking, But found out it was free on site all w/e any way. Be prepared for noisy golfers in bar at night

Arrived early but knew we could not check in till 3.00pm, so we waited in the reception area trying to keep kids entertained, but as more people arrived they were getting checked in, at 2.20 - 2.30, staff could see we were hanging around to get bags dropped off, check inn, just poor service really. Doors slammed so loud, you could hear them from all the floors, if one was on your level it was so so loud, our door was unbelievably loud, very hard to sleep. Was woken at 4am by this problem, kids could not get to sleep with all this heavy banging. Toilet bin not emptied from previous guests. Pool area outside had concrete flags loose, my kids could have trapped their toes, hands. Whole hotel looked in poor maintenance, big staines on carpets, in corridor and our room. The bar area look very nice but football coverage kept tripping back onto village promotions, very annoying. Come home a day early as the doors banging were so bad, didn't want another night of kids not getting to sleep.
