The highlight of this hotel gotta be the sea front rooms (which is where I stayed). Amazing view right in front of the beach and you even have a super spacious balcony which comes with sun beds. The hotel room is amazing, extremely spacious, bright, modern, super comfortable bed, bathroom super nice, cleanliness on point, huge smart tv and loads of extra things like an actual Nespresso coffee machine. Really loved it! Bear in mind this hotel is located between station 2 and 3 so it’s quite a noisy area - good if you want to be close to the restaurants, bars, market, etc, as it’s right outside. Also the beach is great and comfortable sun beds but again it’s within the more crowded area so a lot of people around. The rooftop pool and also the bottom pools are all good too. The breakfast is good with a lot of variety but I can’t believe they didn’t have yogurt at all. Also if you want a natural juice you have to pay extra (300 pesos). Service is good, however the reception is a big mess. It’s a big hotel so reception is constantly full and loads of waiting time (not enough staff to accommodate so many people so be prepared to wait to check in/out)

The hotel was clean, modern, and had a welcoming ambiance. The room was luxurious, tastefully decorated, and very spacious with all the amenities. Unfortunately, it was the rainy season and you had to be careful when walking in some of the common areas. I would highly recommend staying there.

Service and hospitality are top notch. Hennan Palm is my go to hotel when I'm in Boracay. My room is clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices. The staff are always friendly and ready to cater to your needs. Its location is at the centre of everything.

We booked 2 pool access rooms with breakfast and got the rooms next to each other close to the beach zone. We stayed here for 9 nights. Check in / out was good not too slow. The location is in station 2 and easy to walk to shops, restaurants or beach. The management should put recliner not chairs at the balcony. Bell boy, pool and housekeeping staff were really helpful with exceptional service. The reception and concierge staff were good too. However, staff at the restaurant and bar were alright not that good in service mind. My husband and his sister got flu during our stay. On that day, he was not feeling well to come to the restaurant for his breakfast. I asked the restaurant manager if I could take some breakfast for him to the room. He said yes so I prepared his breakfast with one of the restaurant staff and he said he will bring the food for him and 5 mins later, he came back and said his boss didn’t allow him to help a guest to bring the food to the room. I didn’t mind to bring it myself so I asked the manager if I could borrow a tray to put the breakfast, juice and cutlery but he was denied as well. I felt this was really bad in service mind and not helpful at all. After that, we decided not use their restaurant and bar during our stay except the free breakfast that we got. The breakfast was okay for 10 days. Juices were awful. Pool was really strong chemical and not clean. We found out the beach was more relaxing. Overall, nothing was big deals. We enjoyed our stay.
