Amazing place to stay! Top notch. The ONLY issue is the alley into the hotel drop off is trash. Everything and i mean everything else was a great experience. The alley to the hotel from the main road though, is at best a goat path with pot holes and standing water when it rains and doesnt smell very good. A high end hotel like Hennan Palm should probably fix this.

The breakfast was beyond we expected. It was really good and generous. A lot of choices and great service. The room was smelled smoke. We didn’t enjoyed the room that much and services on our room. If you are non smoker and decide to get non smoking room, Don’t you ever get the room next to the smoking area cause you will be accuse of smoking in your room and charges a fee for it. They will try to get your deposit as much as they want so be careful.

The hotel is nice! Restaurant and bar service workers are very nice and friendly. Especially Hanna, Rebeca and Rochelle. The only problem we encountered was that We had some type of bugs in the bathroom and near the bed, they look like small roaches. We were in room 303 and after making the complaint they transferred us to 503 same problem even after they sprayed the area we still saw some. We almost wanted to leave but it was only our 2nd night of seven nights. The receptionist offered to move us again we didn’t want to be moving all of our stuff again. We stayed but we bought a bug spray so we sprayed it every night. The beach is gorgeous!! So it was worth it be dealing with the roach problems. The hotel never offered any incentive or discounts or upgrades of any kind.
