This is an awesome hotel, the pool, restaurant and bar are great. Right on the beach if you are in Borcay stay at this hotel its worth it.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. The bathtub had a noticeable poop stain that was never properly cleaned, and the shower was clogged, causing flooding every time we used it. The maintenance and cleanliness were unacceptable. Would not recommend.

Lovely hotel with great location by the beach with pool overlooking it. The transfer service was excellent with private terminal on arrival excellent service. All the staff were very friendly and great service espouse the Sky bar.

I prolly come back here that for sure, nice staff.:) I would like to rate the their resto- 5/10 Sisig- over flavored of butter. salmon sinigang was cut into few cubes and veggies and was quite pricey for that portion Calamares- taste like frozen. Potato Fries- pricey for typical fries Four season drink- not fresh.. I liked the spaghetti, calamansi,chocolate cake,seafood bouillabaisse.

Too many touts and too many rules

Good hotel with very good service except that there were some weird rules regarding use of the beachfront restaurant for guests. 10am breakfast finishing time was actually 9.45 and clean up and rushing was too obvious and intrusive. Location isn’t good. Touts everywhere will kill Boracay and are a major turnoff especially for non Filipino tourists. Something has to be done. Will avoid Station 2 and 3 next time.

Loved my 8 night stay at Hennan. Close to all restaurants and bars, they have pools and beach, lounge chairs at the beach (not all hotels have this), absolutely excellent food for breakfast and room service, and the staff omg - never met friendlier people. Would definitely recommend. Family friendly but not filled with screaming kids. Sky pool offers excellent sunset views. Housekeeping was on top of their game. Loved it!

We had a very rough check in experience. But besides that, we really enjoyed the hotel. We didnt like the welcome drink. It tastes like sprite and royal diluted with ice. We liked our pool view room a lot. Hotel location is very near the beach and D’mall. Buffet breakfast is also 5/5. As well as the massage (we always look for rose ann) and all the rest of the staff. Will definitely be back.
