"The hotel itself was amazing! I could recommend that the staff be a bit more friendly. They paid no attention to me standing at the locked door the night I arrived as it was locked after certain hours, but as soon as another person came in they came running to the door as they seemed to know her. I had buzzed the after hours several times and they ignored me standing there. I was also disappointed with the lack of amenities on site for the people who like to have water and snacks but don't want to have delivery. When I was checking out I spoke to one man and another interrupted and took over, which I thought to be very rude! And while a customer was having a discussion with a desk person the other 3 were watching and I stood waiting for help for a long period of time before they finally decided to help me. The hotel is amazing and I would like to stay again but the staff could use some help with customer service!"

"Room was small but very clean. Shower door would not close so water went all over the floor. for the price it was worth the stay, very close to seaport/downtown for shopping. "

The restaurant Tamo has great food. The coffe cafe was a great optuon if you didnt want to spend the money at the buffet. Buffet was pricey."
