Absolutely loved The Harborside Inn!!! Amazing experience from start to finish. Great location (right by the T), safe area, clean, and great service. The only thing I didn’t love was the noise from the city during the night. But would definitely still stay here again.

Staff got us checked in a room early. Jeff at the front desk-rocked. Recalled a taxi when the first was not what we called for with 4 of us and luggage. Good suggestions for nearby food. Very friendly nice front desk staff!

Overall it's a very good hotel. It was clearly stated that the room would not be cleaned if you were staying multiple nights, but when I asked for only towels to be changed, toilet paper was sent. It doesn't make sense, it sounds like a joke, but it's true. I don't think it was malicious, but it was strange. It was my fault for falling asleep, but Santa's gift for me was toilet paper. Other than that it was great.

The employees were great. Very helpful and friendly. They gave us a small nice bottle of champagne when we arrived which was a nice surprise. The location was great and within walking distance to TD Garden and the train station/bus station.

The location was perfect. The room was clean and well appointed, the staff friendly and helpful. We liked being in the position to walk to where we wanted to go or at least get to mass transit. Our stay was as close to perfect as you can get.
