What a wonderful property. I was mulling over a hotel vs this property. Because we had another couple with us, privacy and space was a huge factor in choosing where we stayed. Location was another non-negotiable, so I knew it would be a little expensive. Our property was in the perfect spot! 5 minutes from the T-line- we didn’t pay for an Uber during our stay. So many awesome restaurants & coffee shops right below us, with a CVS less than 5 minute walk for convenience items. I couldn’t have picked a better place. The host, Vinnie, was so kind & his hospitality was energetic & excitable! He always offered to help carry our bags up or down & called to check on us.
Only suggestions: there is only an electric stove, but no pots or pans? Which made the kitchen quite useless besides microwaveable items. The fridge is also a mini so there is no freezer for frozen microwaveables, so it was hard to stock up on foods (Boston is an expensive city, so having frozen foods to munch on when not wanting to eat out would have been nice.)
While I cannot complain one bit about location, the reviews did warn me that it is loud. The trash guys came at 3 am and there were about 20 trash cans outside with glass recycling also being done. I highly suggest having noise cancelling ear buds if you are a light sleeper! It didn’t bother me or my husband, as he is a deep sleeper & I had my ear buds!
I would highly recommend staying here & if I am ever back in Boston, I would stay here again!
