When checked in front desk staff was rude and unwilling to helpjust did barminimum. Room was older. Complimentry brekfast was good and those staff were very nice. All other staff seemed friendly. Pool was out of order

Room was clean, but otherwise pretty basic. Bed was a little too soft. Breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool and hot tub.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast had many options and was very good. It never disappointed. The pool and hot tub were great to enjoy also. Outside there was only one bench and most people that smoked used it, so it wasn't available to sit on most times. Additionally many people left their cigarettes on the ground. The cigarette ash tray outside was not clearly marked and I didn't even know that was where you put cigarette butts until a hotel staff member told me when I mentioned all of the butts on the ground.

Great friendly place the only issue we had was dont like the idea you dont add the security deposit in total when you book. As SOME CUSTOMERS DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD to put security deposit onto. Make better for those customers if you want repeat clients
