"We went for a quick couples trip to see the Cavs play. The convenient location made this ideal for us! We used their valet parking which was fast and seamless. The hotel was right next to restaurants which made it even better! The whole hotel was very clean and modern. Our room was spacious,very clean, and well furnished, with a desk area and a sofa, as well as a mini fridge. We ate breakfast the next morning at the hotel's own cozy restaurant. It was delicious. All of the staff, from valet, to restaurant staff, to the front desk, were extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying here again! "

"What I like is that they continued to check on me to make sure everything was ok during my stay. Staff was very nice and valet was quick retrieving car when needed. What I didn’t like was the pool was cold despite it being small and not deep enough. However the gym made up for the pool. Will definitely stay again. "
