Roey, was user friendly with all staff helpful friendly and accommodating, whilst not the most modern facility was great to stay at with old fashion service with a smile. Pricing was reasonable and location was great within the town

We where very disappointed ,trailer full of rubbish at the front gate ,the path to our bedroom unswept .Inside bed clean bathroom needs reservation urgently was disgusted with laundry .For the price we paid we expected more oh yes the fan in the bed room is filthy .Regards Marg McLean .

The proximity to China Town and shops was fantastic. The room was grotty and I had to wipe down to remove dirty finger marks etc. The staff were friendly and helpful
