Ar Condicionado NUNCA funciona
Gosto muito do hotel principalmente pela localização, porém por duas vezes, em abril e novembro, me colocaram no décimo andar e o Ar Condicionado NUNCA funciona, somente a ventilação!! Os funcionários vão ao quarto, mexem no controle e dizem que está OK!!! Meus amigos ficaram em outros andares e não existe problemas com o Ar!! Uma pena o desconforto que passei!

The hotel was centrally located and very nice but our air conditioner didn’t work at all. We told the guy at front desk and he managed everything to help but we had to exchange hotel in the middle of the night to the hotel in the front, The EFE Hotel & Cowork which we stayed days before. Finally we got to sleep at 11:30 pm to exit the hotel at 3:30 for a flight to Mendoza. This incident left us with just few hours of sleep before the flight!

Staff are not friendly at all. AC was broken and they said no rooms available for us to transfer in. We slept in a really hot room. Then next day they said they will have AC fixed, still nothing and no room. I told them it’s unfair I paid for the room and asked for the manager. No manager on site. I told them I will transfer hotels and bam they have a room available. Wouldn’t pick up my call to the front desk when we need help. So
