I have stayed here before and this Marriott continues to be excellent. This location is walking distance (10 minutes) to the Burbank airport if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle. Also, the rooms are very quiet and there are several bar/lounges to choose from in the evening if you don’t want to leave the hotel.

This hotel was very convenient for a flight the following day. The restaurant/bar downstairs made it very convenient for dinner and drinks and not having to leave the hotel. Every staff member we interacted with was great! Especially our server, Josh, at the restaurant.

we change two rooms. First room was not ready, we take the key, go to the 8 floor with our baggage, and it eas not ready. We go down again and change the room. We take the room on the six floor. It was again problem, we dont have a hot water. We say about this the receptionist. Receptions tell us that we want to refund us our payment, but we buy our room via Expedia, and they must refund us with your help. Please organize all this and clarify the situation. Thanks

Hotel room bathrooms were cleaned well. Beds were changed each day and were nicely made. Clean, fresh towels were provided every day. The floor wasn't vacuumed the entire duration of the stay.
