"The house was 1/2 mile from the beach access so it was a quick drive to enjoy the ocean. The property is exactly as described. We had one minor issue with the kitchen faucet, but when I told the owners, they were onsite within the hour to fix it."

"I have stayed at many VRBO units over the years. I do a lot of research before I make my final selection. I have rarely been disappointed and usually my choices are all close to a perfect match. I can usually judge if the unit is good as soon as I walk in the door. For me, when I walk in the door the only thing I should have to do is load the food in the refrigerator. This unit was as close to perfect as you can get. There was a heated pool in the back yard which was right on the canal. You could walk to the beach. St. Augustine is a very historic, picturesque city with lots of shops and GOOD restaurants. There was plenty to do for 3 young grandchildren and 4 adults. Best of all we were close enough to Cape Canaveral to see a rocket launch. We will definitely go back. "
