The staff is helpful and the hotel is quiet. But it’s surrounded by upscale stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was great. Super close to Autzen for the game. There was an issue with my order at the hotel bar, and the staff were incredibly gracious and kind. They refunded my payment and got my items to me right away. Great customer service!

For a new hotel , it was already rough in wear and tear , ambience was lacking, not easy to find lobby, no padding under cheap carpet, was quite, and secure. But for the price a disappointment.small rooms. And needed some dusting done .

Our room was great, the view was beautiful. There was plenty of room and nice furniture. The breakfast was perfect, so many options and great taste. We'll definitely be staying here at the Hyatt the next time we're in Eugene.

Nice modern hotel next to the mall
Only stayed for one night. Hotel was in great shape and the room was very clean. Check-in only took a few minutes, despite a large OSU crowd, and check out could be handled online.
