Clean comfortable room for a 2 night stop over on a motorcycle trip to Hyder Alaska. Reasonable priced room compared to hotels in Jasper and other Hinton hotels , only a 1/2 hr ride to Miette Hot Springs and 1 hr ride to Jasper

Conveniently located in Hinton and easily accessible for our stay to go into Jasper National park each day. Room was big and the kitchenette was incredibly useful and helpful. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had the single queen room the bed was hard as a rock. Never got much sleep there do to the bed. The wash was small the floor around the toilet felt like you're going to fall through . There was a bad smell in the room we went and got some Air fresheners for the room. I will not stay there again. I'll just pay a little extra for the other hotels that are nicer

Here’s the list: 1. The parking slots are too narrow…can’t open the door all the way to get luggage out if there’s a car in the next slot. 2. The air conditioner couldn’t stay on because it is too noisy. 3. The bathroom door needs to be changed to open outward - have to squeeze between the door and the toilet to get in then shut it before you can sit down…awkward if you need to ‘go’ in a hurry. 4. No breakfast - not even a muffin and a glass of juice or a cup of tea. 5. Sounded like Someone was banging on the pipes, then heard a surge of water gushing near or above our bathroom around 11:00pm…called the front desk but no one answered, called the Inn number, no one answered. This is NOT a $156.00 per night room. I will be reluctant to use your service in the future.
