I didn’t stay. This booking was my Hotels.com “free stay” and it cost $25 more to make it refundable for changes. My plans changed so I lost the room. Can’t say I’m a fan of let’s charge extra for rescheduling.

Great service
Amazing staff. All were friendly and helpful, and worked hard at maintaining the hotel. The breakfast area was attended by a fantastic staff member who was very helpful and friendly.

Building is old and could use a facelift. Elevator sounds like it could give any time! So I took the stairs. Rooms were tidy, could hear everyone in the hall way. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was average. Good value for money.

Good solo experience
Everything was pretty good. When i arrived because I was a solo female, I was offered a room inside the building instead of outstand (I was mistaken when booking the room through a third party what balcony ment). I took the inside room and the room was great. Breakfast was good, easy to park and great location. Only issue I had was the third floor didn't have an ice marker but I didn't mind walking downstairs to the second floor to get some.

We enjoyed our stay, staff was exceptional. One issue that was noticeable was the lack of breakfast staff on a very busy long weekend. The great, hard working lady could definitely use some support on the busy mornings. Management should definitely be able to predict and address this small but important issue. Thanks.

The staff were excellent. They do a great job working in a facility that is in need of some TLC. It is showing its age. It also has easy access to and from the main highway for those just needing a room for the night.

Experience was okay minus the terrible experience with room cleaning and towel replacement. Over the top front desk/manager tried to pin the blame on us that we put a do not disturb tag while we didn’t even see it’s existence.
