Very central location for first time visitors and regulars alike. I will definately stay at Dikker and Thys again!!! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. And as mentioned before: great location.

Generally a nice place with helpful staff. But our room, while off the street, still ended up being noisy in the morning as it opened on the area where housekeeping and maintenance worked. Also, housekeepjng perhaps needs closer supervision: room was clean, service quick and efficient, but there were odd things like the duvet cover being out on inside out and the small pillowcase on the big pillow and vice versa. No big deal, but a puzzle.

We have stayed here several times before. Excellent area. Hotel’s team exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The hotel is looking tired and the rooms require some attention. But the location is amazing.

Room #107. Liked the coffee station. Hotel needs seating outside the front doors. Our room was very small for 2 people. Only 1 chair, no table, not much bathroom counter space & no room to walk next to bed. Upon check in, we found a contact lens on the bathroom floor (was it cleaned?). Next night I found a dry rolled up contact lens in our bed (were the sheets really changed?). Found out after waiting Uber drivers do not like to pick up there due to the construction. Disgusted. I will not recommend this hotel.

Convenient to museums and dinning and walking to the older part of the city. Bus and trams lines in different directions. Easy to get to from airport also. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
