This is our go-to hotel whenever we are visiting Québec City. It’s a nice 15-20 minute walk to Old Québec, there are good food options nearby and the hotel staff and amenities are always great.

Location was good. Helpful staff. Close to the bus tour stop. Onsite parking (outside) so was convenient for the Thule box on the roof. Ran into trouble with this in other hotels.

Hotel was outdated and needed an upgrade. The bed/headboard had visible wear and tear, as well as the bathroom. Sofabed was so uncomfortable. I can feel the springs on my ribs and back while sleeping. Hotel location was close to dinings/bar, but felt unsafe walking around due to several homeless people in the area.

The staff was very helpful with information. They were very kind. The hotel was clean. I didn't like that the parking lot was not paved but had a gravel ground. It was not easy to walk on and when it rained, there were lots of muddy puddles. Not to mention, this is not good to drive on with your vehicle.

I loved the location since it is just a 30-minute walk to where the action is. The hotel looks pretty nice from the outside but the inside was not that great. My room had a bad smell that the hotel tried to hide by cranking up the A/C. There is only 2 elevators in the property and one was broken upon arrival. I left 4 days later and the elevator has not being repaired. I wasted lot of time just waiting for the one operational elevator.

Location is great. The staff is friendly and helpfull.The suite is spacious, bright, very functional and very clean. It was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Nice and modern bathroom with a good shower

Awful. Elevators broken and only 1 available. Waited over 30 minutes to take elevator from 6th floor to leave. ALL guests were very angry. Everyone we spoke to said they will not return. Parking was also 32 a night extra (parking in a vacant lot). Visitors were upset about this added cost and the lack of transparency.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. First of all, I was not expecting to pay an extra 32$ for parking considering the price of the hotel+ the parking was on gravel. Super hard to roll the luggage. Other than that, our room had a smell of a wet dog which was pugent when we entered the room. But room was clean. The AC in our room was noisy and personally I would've prefer have body soap dispensers instead of little bottles which would've made the site more ecofriendly.... One of the 2 elevators were broken down, creating massive trafic and wait...

Hotel is nice but parking cost extra $32 and it is very crowded (I got a scratch in my bumper). Room was clean but AC was poorly maintained making a lot of noise. The AC would not cool and the issue was the thermostat with poor instructions given to guests. Only one elevator working and would be full at the top floors, 2nd and 3rd floors would have to wait several ups and downs to get to the lobby.
