Fresh Constantia ' Treehouse' Studio Apartment

Fresh is a light and airy self-catering 'treehouse' studio apartment in Cape Town's verdant Constantia Valley, delightfully suburban yet easily accessible to beaches, city and beyond.

Its close proximity to large, well established trees, its elevated position, and the glass wall that folds away completely, imparts a wonderful sense of being in a treehouse.

The kitchenette is equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Complimentary teas, coffee, rusks, granola and milk are provided. The bed is queen-size with 100% cotton bed linen. There is 24/7 WiFi and emergency lighting, a large-screen TV with DSTV (satellite) channels, overhead fan, safe and heaters.

The apartment has a private entrance and secure on-site parking Guests have use of garden and swimming pool, which are shared only with us.

Lovely Studio
We could not have enjoyed our stay more. This studio is bright and airy with thoughtful details that are simply exquisite. Meticulously clean with everything you need, including access to a garden that makes a special event of morning tea or evening wine.

Glass nest in the sky
We know Cape Town well and chose Constantia because we believe it to be the best location. And we chose this property because of the constant views of the mountain and wonderful feeling of openness. The unit is extremely comfortable and well stocked. We loved the coffee and rusks!! Iona was very helpful and responded instantly to WhatsApp’s regarding tourist sites and general questions. Despite the corona virus drama that hovered over this holiday, the cosy nest in the trees provided much comfort and relaxation. Thanks Iona

Perfect in most every way
We were delighted by these accommodations. The location was great giving us easy access to downtown and wine country and table mountain. Our hosts were very helpful with suggestions as well as offering help with reservations and directions. Very pleasant holiday.

Beautiful apartment in Constantia. We were looked after so well. Met all our expectation and more!
Not only is this apartment beautifully designed but Iona made sure we were more than comfortable and looked after and met all our odd requests! we had a late arrival time so we were very grateful for the salad and avocado left in the fridge for us when we got there. There was easy communication at every stage of the trip. We would really recommend this place!

Gracious hosts Iona and Ian....thank you for a very comfortable 2 week stay. The space was very clean, light and airy.. Tastefully decorated and well appointed with solid well designed glass doors that fold back completely. Very private with easy access to property. Set in beautiful Constantia and conveniently close to good shopping, wine estates and other attractions.

Clean, Beautiful, Peaceful
The property is in a picturesque Constantia. Peaceful, with lovely bright, open glass wall on one side. Iona and Ian made me feel really welcome. I was recovering from surgery and Iona checked on my progress every day and asked after my health. Ian made sure I didnt have to carry a heavy suitcase on arrival and departure. The bed is to die for, the mattress lovely and firm, the bedding fresh. Iona made sure everything was ready for me on short notice. The towels were clean and crisp. The bathroom and shower a pleasure. This little apartment is ideal for people who would like to see Cape Town and surrounds. Close to Kirstenbosch, easy distance from Muizenberg, Fishhoek, Cape Town. Constantia Village is also close, even if you want to walk. Definitely a gem!

Little gem near Constantia
We have a problem now. Instead of one favourite spots we have now two. The Fresh apartment is modern styled with a personal touch from Iona. We really feld as of we were home from home. It is light and bright. The bed is very comfortable so is the shower room. The little kitchen has everything you need for your stay. Iona and Ian are perfect hosts.

A Beautiful Studio with Excellent Touches
We stayed for 4 days at Fresh & were made very welcome. The studio is very tastefully decorated with lots of little touches you don't always get. Our hosts were most attentive & knowledgeable & the surrounding area is beautiful with all amenities close at hand. The use of the pool is an added bonus & we enjoyed ourselves so much, we are planning to return soon. Unreserved recommenation !!

Chickes "Baumhaus" im Herzen von Constantia
Das Constatia "Fresh" liegt ideal mitten in Constantia. Die allermeisten Weingüter mit ihren Tasting Rooms und meist exzellenten Restaurants sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Der berühmte Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden liegt gleich um die Ecke. In die Strand-Hotspots von Camps Bay, Hout Bay oder Muizenberg braucht man maximal eine halbe Stunde. Ebenfalls innerhalb einer halben Stunde finden Golffreunde drei bis vier Top-Plätze. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen am und auf den Tafelberg, Touren zum Kap der guten Hoffnung bzw. eine Rundfahrt auf der Kap-Halbinsel. Im Appartement ist sehr modern gestaltet. Essteht eine kleine Küche mit Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung. Große Menues wird man darin nicht kochen - aber, wer macht das schon bei diesem Gastronomie-Angebot? Die Glasfront nach Süden lässt sich komplett wegschieben und gibt einem wirklich ein "Baumhaus"-Gefühl. Des Bereich von Dusche, Waschbecken und WC befindet sich in einem Glas-Kubus. Für letzteres Geschmackssache... Der Garten und der Pool stehen für die Mieter des "Fresh" zur Verfügung. Beides ist allerdings nur durch den Wohnbereich der Vermieter erreichbar. Wenn diese außer Haus sind, wird´s eventuell schwierig.
