"The location and breakfast were good! Don't forget to use ANY card to turn on the lights. They didn't tell us of that at check-in and it took us an hour of turning on/off and unplugging to figure that out. Then we saw a super tiny note about it on the wall as we were leaving. "

They assured us they would notify us as soon as our room became available and, in the meantime, took the time to ask thoughtful questions about our visit—what brought us to the area, what kind of experience we were hoping for, and how they could enhance our stay. Their attentiveness didn’t stop there. They eagerly provided insightful recommendations on things to do, places to explore, and must-visit spots based on our interests. They also familiarized us with the layout of the area, making it easy to navigate and maximize our time. It’s rare to encounter such a dedicated and welcoming team that truly cares about guest experience, and their hospitality left a lasting impression. Because of their exceptional service and attention to detail, we will absolutely return when we’re back in the area. Highly recommend! "

"Our visit was prompted by a family emergency. Given the circumstances and the long drive, we really appreciated Cameron’s friendly demeanor and efficiency at check in. The same can be said of the staff at the Bistro. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There were no slow drains, which is a pet peeve of mine. There were plenty of outlets; every light fixture and couch had at least one. The stay was the least of our concerns during this stressful trip."
