This is a great little hotel right in the center of Philadelphia. Super walkable to the train from the airport as well as the metro. Super walkable to many of the historical sites. Great restaurants around there and good shopping. The staff were accommodating and pleasant. Loved the sparkling water, dispensary and coffee maker (latte and cappuccino) in the lobby. Also really liked the refillable water bottles and purified water stations on the floor. Definitely recommend!

I had upgraded to a room with a kitchenette, however the room did not have any plates, cups, cutlery or bottle opener. It was annoying... what was the point for me upgrading for more money? And although the location was excellent, I will definitely seek out a better accommodation for my next visit to Philadelphia.

The staff was friendly and accomodating to my needs for a accessible room by the elevator and providing a microwave when requested. They were knowledgeable for restaurant and shopping recommendations. I liked the coffee bar and water stations in the lobby and at each floor. My only complaint is how quickly the elevators would close. Becquse I am disabled the elevator would close before I could make my way inside. I would stay at this property again.

Quiet, clean and comfortable room. Just right. Best of all thermastat worked well. Staff polite and friendly. Near all museums and shopping locations. Definitely will return to this hotel. 24 hour coffee machine in lobby…cafe latte the best. Also great asset and good idea.

The room was super small. Housekeeping is by request only and although we requested service, towels were dropped off and that was all. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. The free coffee and sparkling water was wonderful. Conveniently located close to Rittenhouse Square, shopping and restaurants. This is a no-frills hotel, but well worth it.
