Hotel definitely looks clean and appealing. Has great amenities—a weight room, two pools, two restaurants and a cafe. The service was lacking heavily—wasn’t greeted by the front desk and treated like an inconvenience. Housekeeping was not up to par, even missing 1 day during our stay. Rooms appear clean but you can see how grimy the walls are and the refrigerator is when you take a step closer. It is incredibly disappointing to see unwarranted charges on the credit card after the stay. A phone call to the hotel becomes argumentative on the hotel side—totally unexpected and uncalled for. Overall a decent hotel, service is lacking heavily and it is likely you will have surprise charges when you leave town. FYI parking is $38 a night, which a ridiculous rate for a parking garage that is a 1/4 full.

Staff welcoming and kind. Shuttle to Disney was appreciated. Walk to flea market at the corner and also a grocery store a little further. Wonderful experience. Felt very safe and adult pool and hot tub on roof was great too.

Great place to stay. Had only 2 setbacks. 1. The food option in the hotel wasn't great, nor was it open for too long. 2. Need to purchase bus tickets for transportation to the disney parks and use uber for airport and other attractions.

My husband and I were affected by the Eaton Canyon Fires and the first place my husband thought to flee was your hotel. We had such a great time on our last visit, we knew we would be taken care of again!

We liked how close the hotel was to Disneyland, close to lots of food and coffee, kids loved the heated swimming pool. Room and bathroom was nice. Could see the Disneyland fireworks from our window. Overall it’s a nice hotel. However, we wish the mattress and pillows were more comfortable because they’re lacking. They need an upgrade for comfort. Also I thought I read they offered a free shuttle to Disneyland, but when we asked about it they gave us a phone number to a shuttle company that would’ve charged so we just ended up parking at Disneyland. The hotel parking garage is convenient. Overall we liked our stay.

Extremely clean, modern, lovely hotel. We ubered to Disney but there is a bus option and the bus stops right in front of the hotel. Our favorite part was how clean, modern and beautiful the rooms were.

Place nice and modern. Housekeeping needs to do better cleaning - empty coke bottle under sink in bathroom, needs sweeping lots of hairs everywhere, for a room that can occupy six ( 2 queen beds, bunk beds) only 2 towels provided

Great pools, good location, average otherwise. During weeklong stay room was not served by housekeeping on one day when trash could at least have been emptied and towels changed. Shuttle service to Disney was terrible, had to switch to Uber which worked well.
