"The room was very clean. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and very friendly. English and Spanish were both very well spoken. The room was quiet. I think this is probably one of the quieter hotels in the historic district. The water pressure in the shower was low, but maybe that’s how it is in this city. I don’t know the city regulations regarding water conservation. The bed was harder than I would have liked, but I got used to it. Probably if I had asked for it, they could have put a topper or foam on the bed, but I didn’t ask. I would be happy to stay here again."

The service was also fantastic and friendly. A helpful tip for future guests: if you plan to dine at the resort's restaurants and use a credit card, be sure to request the transaction be processed in pesos rather than US dollars. I found the exchange rate applied by the restaurant when processing in USD to be significantly less favorable than my bank's rate. Just a heads-up! Otherwise, my experience was excellent."
