Beautiful Hotel with Complications
Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable. Lovely towels and bedding. Bed and pillows comfortable. Lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. That’s where the good things stopped. We got to our room and the Bathroom smelled strongly of Cigarette smoke. The bedroom was ok. I talked to the lady at the desk and she asked if we wanted to move. I declined but should have. After driving 12 hours we were tired and wanted to sleep in. At 7 am the noise started above us. Heavy remodeling was going on! Very,Vary noisy! Loud busting of things, heavy walking, breaking of wood!! No sleep. They need to not put people in the area of renovation!! I complained to the morning desk clerk and he brushed me off!! I also feel the cigarette smoke smell was coming from the workers smoking on the job.

By the time we arrived about 8 PM the front desk clerk had evidently had the better part of her day Our room was much smaller than we expected and certain amenities were not available or minimally available. The hairdryer looked as though it had come from the 1970s there was no soap in the shower. A lot of this may have been our mistake since we did not understand what things might be like trying to rest next to a casino, but it was very noisy people slamming doors and laughing loudly at all hours of the night When we left, we had to bring our luggage down apiece at a time due to the fact that As said taken the carols to their room and there were none left for us I was concerned since my husband is a hard patient, but we got everything down. It took us about an hour. The elevators were stuck one of them at the fourth floor.
