Right outside your door is all of the best that Charlottesville has to offer- with C&O Restaurant across the street and the rest of the Downtown Mall less than a half block away, you can spend your afternoon exploring the promenade and immersing yourself in the heart of C'ville. During the temperate months, be sure to head to the seasonal farmer's market on the other side of the block to grab your Saturday morning coffee and other local delights.

On the main living level, you will find an expansive living, dining and kitchen area and a covered patio. The wing located off the kitchen has two Queen guest bedrooms. There is a full bathroom in the hallway across from one guest room and the other guest room has an ensuite full bath, giving a hotel-like experience for your guests. On the next level you will find the master suite, complete with an open-concept bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a King. The top level has a desk for the travelling professional to retreat and work for the day and an expansive rooftop deck.

With this rental, you receive access to one private garage parking space located in the Water Street garage. Access instructions will be emailed upon confirmation of your reservation. All other guests must find street parking or can park in the Water Street Parking Garage that is a block away for $12 overnight.

There is no elevator in this unit! The main living space and 2 bedrooms are on the second floor, the third bedroom is on the third floor and the rooftop deck access on the fourth!
