VERY dated, couch was deplorable, no internet or heat and TV quit working. Only plus was that it was clean in the room. Would NOT recommend despite low price. 😖

The furnace was out of service so the room was 14 degrees the staff tried to repair went above and beyond got us a heater but made for cold shower bed is set up accessible from one side only would be ok for a single person but not functional for a couple.The couch is very uncomfortable no legs so very hard getting up and down .I would recommend ditching the couch

Easy access to various locations on the island. Room was clean with easy to use tv remote with HDchannels! The only thing that caused a slight issue was the low height of the toilet seat...appr 15 (or lower) inches. Strongly suggest upgrading to a newer more confortable of 19"...especially for those older or disabled. Otherwise very nice...friendly, helpful staff.

I have never stayed at a place where the appliances in the kitchenette were so filthy. The stove burners were crusty and the sink scummy. It was very disgusting.

Extremely dated, there was an actual key for the hotel room. We came in quite late from a concert and the front deck area was wide open no one was there anyone could of walked in or out of hotel and roamed. The rooms were so dated and dirty. The staff was however friendly on check inn.

Heat kept tripping the breaker. They couldn’t/wouldn’t fix it. Charged me for extra people and tried to argue it. No way more than two people were fitting in that horrible bed. Mouse droppings and not really people friendly
