Oh, how the heated floors in the bathrooms took this place to the next level for my family and me. The customer service was top-notch as well. We would recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Front Desk Manager Torriano Curtis is a keeper, as customer service professionalism starts at the head. Excellent Stay!

The only negative observation was that there was not parking available for all customers. I was able to park nearby on the street, but if there happened to be a winter parking ban due to snow I would have had to find a parkade at my own expense.

We liked the unique blend of historic and modern amenities and furnishings there .we stayed in The romantic suite which consisted of a mainfloor sitting room historically decorated with an electric fireplace for ambiance upstairs had a bedroom with kingsizebed and jetted tub and off that room was a lovely washroom with shower stall these were again tastefully decorated with historic and modern ambiance in mind there were decks off both rooms as well accessable by patio doors being winter we only peered outside though the glass doors at the view of the area the continental breakfast was wonderful both days with a nice blend of nutricous cold and hot breakfast entrees. Staff were very friendly and helpful we thoughly enjoyed our stay

The hotel is charming and the staff were extremely helpful. One small inconvenience was the lack of boot trays to keep melting snow and salt off the room floors in the winter.
